We opened our little wine bar in the pursuit of organic and biodynamic wines. Sustainability and environmentally conscious wine making should be on all of our minds, and deserves our business. We spend a lot of time eating healthy enough, but we rarely stop to think about the wines we consume with our meal.

"Natural" is really a catch all term for responsibly made wines. It encompasses not just organic grapes, but native yeast, lack of additives, farming technique, and the farm as a whole. Biodynamic looks at the vineyards with a wholistic approach, taking care of the soil by letting other plants grow, animals roam, and planting and harvesting by moon cycles.

In the end, what really matters is that we drink amazing wine made by amazing people. If you get headaches from wine, or are worried about sulfites messing with you, give organic wine a try. We would love to introduce you to something new and interesting.
